We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior management strategies and collect data to track progress. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the supervising behavior analyst

- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions

- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans

- Provide support and guidance to clients in activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Collaborate with the behavior analyst to analyze data and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on client progress and treatment strategies

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is highly desirable

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

- Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
